Shipping methods

We usually ship as a parcel via DHL - also to DHL parcel stations in Germany. Downloads & online services are free of shipping costs.

Shipping abroad (import / export)

The buyer / recipient is responsible for handling and complying with customs and financial regulations. Due to customs, there are sometimes strong fluctuations in the transit time. This may incur costs (e.g. customs duties, taxes, excise duty, etc.) over which we have no influence. In accordance with the regulations, documents for customs (e.g. invoice and customs documents) are attached to the outside of the shipment so that they are visible and accessible. Before ordering, please inform yourself about costs, import regulations, requirements and taxes. The buyer / recipient is responsible for complying with specifications and paying any costs incurred.

Receipt of delivery

We ask that you report damaged or incomplete shipments to us immediately. Please report obvious damage directly to the driver. If you have not received a shipment after the delivery time stated above, please let us know, this is the only way we can clarify the delivery.

Photos and similar evidence help to process a possible complaint and can shorten the duration. Please keep the complete delivery, including the shipping carton, until the matter has been clarified.
 
If you have not received a shipment after the specified delivery time and you complain to us about this, we will arrange for the responsible transport service to check it. This can take up to 10 working days. If necessary, we ask you to confirm your details on an official form from the transport service (e.g. non-receipt or damaged delivery) or hand the package over to a branch of the parcel service for inspection.
 
 

Shipping info

After shipping, you will receive an email with an updated order status and important shipping information. The shipping information can be viewed in your account for the respective order in the comment. Please plan to receive the shipment.
 
 

Shipment not accepted or picked up

If you have not accepted a shipment or if it could not be delivered successfully for reasons for which you are responsible, the package will be returned to us. In this case we will be charged for the return. The same applies if you do not pick up a package. Unfortunately, we have to charge you for these costs at a flat rate of €5 including VAT. We would be happy to coordinate a new shipment with you, whereby the costs for the return and the selected shipping method must be paid before shipment.
