Alfred Witucki, Maciej Witucki and Tobias Witucki, as the trademark owners, have the sole right to use the trademark WITUCKI^® for their products, services and documents. stella enterprises GmbH is considered to be an all-round authorized contact. Third parties can be granted a right to use this brand (brand license). This applies in particular to your own marketing, marketing campaigns, use and resale.
